MARINE BOLLARDS

These artificial reefs are designed to encourage fish restocking,

allow anchorage on the seabed and combat trawling within defined areas.

The study of the shape and the relationship between surface and weight ensure that these elements do not sink over time, allowing marine fauna to find refuge in them.

In addition, the materials used to produce them allow various species of molluscs to take root quickly, recreating a natural habitat favourable to fish and crustaceans.

The weight and size are in any case such as to guarantee a safe anchorage point, ideal for various uses in the open sea, such as the creation of fish farms or mussel farms,

attaching visual markers or buoys, as well as being effective deterrents to trawling.
